for plastic mould separate out acrtic acid during process, such as CA, POM product. Tools and moulds for corrosive plastics and polymers, food industry.

Conventional or ESR, hot rolling or forging, black surface or milling
Hardness: 32~36HRC,annealed to HB=<229
4. General:
ESR material, high cleanliness, polishes to mirror effect, excellent corrosion resistance ability, could work under high acidity environment, PH<5,
In high hardness, HRC45-48, situation, could reach optical mirror effect.

6. Mechanical properties:
Stainless martensitic steel with increased Cr-content for improved corrosion resistance. This grade is usually supplied in a quenched and tempered condition. Good polishability.
