Standard material for hot forming tools, extrusion tools, forging dies, pressure casting tools, hot shear knives, tools for plastic industry. Also available in EFS and ESR condition where better properties are required.

 Conventional or ESR, hot rolling or forging, black surface or milling
Hardness: annealed to HB=<229
 
4.        General
ESR steel, high cleanliness, homogeneous microstructure, better heat resistance and toughness good resistance to high temperature metal abrasion, better high tempering resistance, hardness steady working under 600.Low dimensional distortion. good heat checking resistance, and cold/heat fatigue resistance

6.        Mechanical properties:
