1.        Main application:

 

Manganese-chromium-tungsten alloy steel, high quality ametabolic die steel; Nice machinability, stable size when hardened, high hardness on surface after hardened; well toughness, wear resistence and easy to be forged and quenched. Mainly used for cutting, cold stamping and forming tools, like reamer, extrusion die, sculpture mold and plastic small module, bakelite, silicon rubber mould and various tools, etc.

3.        Delivery condition:

Conventional or ESR, hot rolling or forging, black surface or milling

Hardness: annealed, HB=<229

Thickness: 20~300mm     Width: 205~610mm

 

4.        General:

Little distortion after heat treatment, hardness up to HRC63,

Good toughness, good crack resistance, good maintenance of sharp cutting edge. Easy for processing.
