saddles, pressing spindles, shrink rings, armoured trim dies, hydro forming tools, plastic moulds, hot gripper and heading dies.

3. Mechanical Properties:
Cr-Ni-Mo alloyed hot work tool steel with high temperature impact toughness and thermal fatigue strength, resistant to repeated shocks, high resistant to tempering, medium wear resistance, oil and air hardening with good through harden-ability, low P and S content, polishable. Suitable for pitting and chrome plating. This grade is produced on request annealed or quenched and tempered condition.
